  • EV-Assure Service Contracts are vehicle protection that extends beyond the manufacturer's factory warranty and covers repairs of unexpected mechanical and electrical failures. For the period of time the contract is in effect, covered components of your vehicle will be repaired in the event of failure, including labor, subject to any applicable deductible and exclusions. Choices can be made by you for a specific term and mileage.

  • Most cars, light trucks, and vans are eligible. However, eligibility for coverage is based on the year, make, model, KiloWatts and battery range of the vehicle. Please thoroughly review the sample contract and brochure for a full explanation of applicable exclusions, as well as full terms and conditions.

  • End of Term Definition – Contract will expire when the odometer reaches the selected mileage purchased.

    Example: A customer purchases a 125,000 mile service contract for his vehicle which currently has 50,000 miles. The vehicle will be covered until the odometer reaches 125,000 miles.

    Add on Mileage Definition – The miles purchased will be added to the current mileage of the vehicle.

    Example: A customer purchases a 48,000 mile service contract for his vehicle which currently has 50,000 miles. The vehicle will be covered until the odometer reaches 98,000 miles.

  • EV-Assure offers 24-hour roadside assistance with towing, as well as roadside charging in select cities, to give you the charge you need to get to your closest charging station. Roadside assistance will tow your vehicle to a charging station if roadside charging isn't available in your city.

  • The cost of replacing an electric vehicle (EV) battery can be as high as $30,000. With the EV-Assure vehicle service contract, you'll have peace of mind knowing that your battery is covered in case of failure, and the old battery will be picked up and removed according to EPA regulations through their National EV Battery Recycling Program.

    EV-Assure covers battery degradation starting at 70% on new or pre-owned vehicles as long as battery has above 80% of original range upon purchase.

  • The best available coverage will automatically be displayed based on the year, make, model, KiloWatts and battery range of your vehicle. Certain vehicles may not be eligible such as exotic/high performance vehicles, salvage/reconstructed vehicles, or vehicles with modifications. Please see sample contract for complete details regarding coverage, terms, conditions, and exclusions.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, either by paying for the entire contract price up front or utilizing our installment plan options. The payment plan option gives you the ability to break up the cost with 0% interest over terms up to 18 months.

  • Vehicles may be taken to any licensed repair facility. Contract holders must present proof of coverage to the repair facility, who will call the provider for approval prior to making the repairs. Once the covered repairs have been approved and completed, the repair facility is paid directly by the product provider via credit card over the phone. Please see contract for complete detail on how to file a claim.

  • Yes, all vehicle protection plans come with a 30 day “Free Look Period" (60 days in FL). You can cancel anytime within the Free Look Period and receive a 100% refund unless a claim is reported. If you cancel after the Free Look Period, you may be eligible for a partial refund. If a claim has been filed, this may affect the refund amount. See contract for complete details and how to begin the cancellation process. The refund will be issued to the contract holder. For any additional questions, please contact EV-Assure by email.

  • Yes, once you click ‘Complete Purchase’ on the Review Product page, you will be redirected to a page that will confirm your order has been processed. You will be able to download a copy of your contract from this page. You will also receive an e-mail receipt that contains your proof of purchase and a copy of your vehicle protection contract. Please be sure to review the details of your coverage, which will be included in the contract.
